Insurance Claim Work

For insurance claim projects, work is generally performed in accordance with the approved insurance scope of work. Any supplements, approvals, or changes must be documented in writing.

If the claim is denied and no coverage is approved, any contract contingent upon insurance approval may be void, subject to the terms of the signed agreement.

Payment Information

For insurance claim projects, payments are typically made based on the claim structure, which may include items such as:

  • Supplements when approved and released

  • Depreciation when released

  • Deductible amounts due from the property owner

Deductibles and any required homeowner payments must be paid in full or arranged according to the terms of the signed agreement before work is started or completed, as applicable.
