What parts of your roofing and construction work are protected by the warranty?
RT Contractors, LLC stands behind the workmanship it provides. Subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions set forth below, RT Contractors, LLC provides a five (5) year workmanship warranty for qualifying roofing work performed by RT Contractors, LLC, beginning on the date of project completion.
This warranty is limited solely to workmanship-related defects arising from roofing work originally performed by RT Contractors, LLC. If, during the applicable warranty period, RT Contractors, LLC determines that a reported condition is the direct result of its workmanship, RT Contractors, LLC will repair or correct the covered workmanship issue at no additional charge to the property owner.
After you finish a project, how many years or months is our work guaranteed for?
The workmanship warranty shall remain in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of completion of the original work performed by RT Contractors, LLC, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Is there anything unique or better about your warranty compared to other contractors in El Paso?
This warranty is provided only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- The property owner promptly notifies RT Contractors, LLC of any claimed defect or issue.
- The roof is inspected annually by RT Contractors, LLC.
- The account for the original work has been paid in full.
- No third party has altered, repaired, penetrated, or modified the roof or related roofing components without prior notice to and approval by RT Contractors, LLC.

Warranty
RT Contractors, LLC stands behind the workmanship it provides. 1. Scope of Warranty
This warranty is limited solely to workmanship-related defects arising from roofing work originally performed by RT Contractors, LLC. 3. Conditions of Coverage
This warranty is provided only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
The property owner promptly notifies RT Contractors, LLC of any claimed defect or issue.
The roof is inspected annually by RT Contractors, LLC.
The account for the original work has been paid in full.
No third party has altered, repaired, penetrated, or modified the roof or related roofing components without prior notice to and approval by RT Contractors, LLC.
4. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover any loss, damage, defect, or condition resulting from or related to any of the following:
Hail, high winds, tornadoes, lightning, storms, or other natural disasters
Accidents, misuse, neglect, or damage beyond the control of RT Contractors, LLC
Work performed, altered, repaired, or modified by others
Structural movement, settling, cracking, expansion, contraction, or defects in the building, roof deck, sheathing, or underlying structure
Warped sheathing boards or improper base construction
Mold, mildew, abatement, or environmental conditions
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, satellite, antenna, solar, signage, skylight, vent, sprinkler, conduit, or other penetrations or additions installed after project completion without prior notice to RT Contractors, LLC and an opportunity for RT Contractors, LLC to properly seal and protect the roof surface
5. Limitations
This warranty is limited exclusively to the correction of covered workmanship defects performed by RT Contractors, LLC. This warranty does not extend to any materials unless otherwise expressly provided in writing by the manufacturer or supplier. Any repair, inspection, or service call for conditions determined not to be caused by the workmanship of RT Contractors, LLC may be subject to reasonable charges.
6. Voidance of Warranty
This warranty shall be deemed null and void if:
The owner fails to promptly report a claimed defect
The owner fails to maintain annual inspections by RT Contractors, LLC
The account becomes past due or remains unpaid
The roof or related system is altered, penetrated, repaired, or modified by others without prior notice to RT Contractors, LLC
Damage results from excluded causes or conditions outside the control of RT Contractors, LLC
7. Warranty Service Requests
To request warranty service, the property owner must contact RT Contractors, LLC and provide the following:
Name of property owner
Property address
Date of original work
Description of the issue
Photographs, if available
Upon receipt of a warranty request, RT Contractors, LLC may schedule an inspection to determine whether the reported condition falls within the scope of this workmanship warranty.
8. No Other Warranties
Except as expressly stated herein, RT Contractors, LLC disclaims any other express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
